VNOn the morning of 15 May 2021, Khang Dien started handing over apartments in high-rise residential project Lovera Vista, located in Road No.19, Phong Phu 4 urban area, Binh Chanh District. This handover is 2 months earlier than plan as stated in sales & purchase contract.

With affordable selling prices and financial support scheme, Lovera Vista achieved almost 100% absorption rate and is being handed over to customers from May 2021. The handover of Lovera Vista, which is earlier than original plan, again confirms Khang Dien’s effort to develop project and quality living standards. Before this project, since 2017, Khang Dien’s highrise project Jamila and Safira in Thu Duc City were all completed and handed over to customers. Those 2 projects are now under pink book issuance process to customers.
