Khang Dien (KDH): Organized Annual General Shareholder’s Meeting 2021

On 28 April 2021, Khang Dien House Investment & Trading JSC (KDH) organized Annual General Shareholders Meeting 2021 in Lotte Legend Saigon hotel, Ben Nghe ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The general shareholders meeting approved all important resolutions regarding business activities in 2020 and business plan for 2021.

In 2020, KDH achieved positive financial result. As of yearend, the company achieved almost 100% sold of terrace houses & villas project Verosa Park and high-rise residential project Lovera Vista. Besides, KDH focused on handing over apartments in project Safira (3 months earlier than original plan), together with processing pink book application for residents in project Jamila, Safira and Verosa Park.

In 2020, KDH achieved revenue of 4,532 billion VND, profit after tax of 1,152 billion VND, increased 61% and 26% respectively compared to 2019. Owner’s capita was 8,158 billion VND, accounting for 59% of total capital and was the main source of company’s assets. It reflects KDH’s strategy in being financially self-sustainable and maintaining a healthy capital structure.

Lovera Vista – High-rise residential project by KDH in the South of HCMC, achieved almost 100% sold. The project is handing over in Q2/ 2021.

In 2021, KDH continues fulfilling legal requirements for projects in Thu Duc City, Binh Tan, Binh Chanh and plans to implement 3 projects: 2 landed-house projects in Thu Duc City of 4.3ha and 5.7ha-land respectively; 1 high-rise project in Binh Tan District of 1.8ha-land. KDH expects a 2021’s revenue of 4.800 billion VND, profit after tax of 1.200 billion VND. The General Shareholders Meeting also granted approval for 2020’s profit reimbursement of 10% and ESOP plan for employees.

Year 2021 marks the 20th anniversary of KDH in real estate investment and trading. Board of Management, Board of Directors and all employee commit to prepare and get ready for a new journey, with a new vision of developing large-scale urban area, bringing KDH into a next level, affirming the position of being a reputable developer in Vietnam.
